I cannot possibly express my utter JOY at this package of goodies and treats from Breana for our craft swap (http://six-inch-mess-of-web.tumblr.com/ etsy: http://www.etsy.com/shop/SixInchMessOfWeb). It's almost creepy that she seems to know me better than all of my family and friends combined. I can't wait to get my spook on and haunt the home of the Hansom cab, ESPECIALLY with the amazing hologram leather choker (personal fave). Everything is made so so well and she sent me so much stuff, it's like the Pumpkin Father came early! I'm so chuffed I can't even... I don't even..I can't..nbkehsvfrkhbkhbejwgvi. This one's for you girl...

Cinnamon Spooks

Today was a Tim Burton kinda day. Got my hair cut and my nails did by the lovely Rhiannon (happyvirusfriend.tumblr.com) and made some glittery bow ties while eating cinnamon croissants. It's the perfect weather to be scrunched up on a sofa next to a fire. It's not the perfect day, however, to come home and have your dad talk about horse intestines and Alpacas spitting shit at Rolf Harris over dinner though. It's never that day.

Gotta' Catch 'em all

It's almost end of the rootin' tootin' mothertruckin' carbootin' season so I snapped up this Pokemon rucksack (ideal sandwich cradle) and some cute badges last Sunday for £3. Astonished to finally find a good Skeleton jumper without lame extras on it from Asos just in time for halloweening anddd lastly a book on my alien babies. Determined to hoover up every ounce of info that has ever graced the planet on those guys.

The Candy Man Can...

Here's some pics of the fleece-lined Kindle case I've been working on for the last week for Niamh. I was a tad worried that it would end up looking like a haggard, old sock when I started but it's turned out pretty well. I had a peek at some tutorials but decided to scrap that and make it up as I went along. I'll be sad to wave this little guy goodbye but wish him well on his journey into his new life.

Time to Relaxolotl

I got these slinky fellows on Sunday 14th October (their new birthday) and named them Spook and Snork Maiden (Snorkel for short). They're so adorable. It's so good that you can buy friends. Spook creeps around in the corners and may possess the power of invisibility whereas Snork's got all the sass and enjoys tank exploration and sitting in flowerpots. It's pretty rad to have some little guys to come back to after work and to see their little smiley reassuring faces looking up at you. Afterall, it's all for the kids. Jeremy taught me well.
